No off-road – unsealed roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins
No smoking inside
No pets
No festivals
Hirer age 30-79
Has held a full UK driving license for at least one year if 30 years of age.
Is not engaged in professional gambling, sport or entertainment, hawking or general dealing, street market trading or modelling.
Has not been involved in more than one motoring accident or claim within the preceding three years.
Has not been convicted of any motoring offence or has a prosecution pending other than parking or one speeding offence.
Has referred any medical condition requiring Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) notification and authorisation has been granted by the DVLA.
Has not been refused motor insurance at normal rates and terms or has not been declined insurance or has any insurance policy cancelled by an insurer.
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises/leaving the van/overnight
Penalty charges – £50 for late return
What to do in the event of an emergency e.g. EMERGENCY – If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you & provided contact number.
DAMAGE – If damage happens, you must report it immediately to contact number provided – who, what, where and when will be required.
Return full of DIESEL – All hires include a full tank upon departure.
CLEANING – Clean the equipment and van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
What to do about waste water and gas e.g. GAS CYLINDER should be returned full; water water must be emptied or risk a fine of £50.
